A household name on the Veluwe since 1926…
All and more on Quadenoord Estate
A rich heritage
Quadenoord estate has been owned by one family since 1872. However, the estate appears to have been inhabited since 1500 BC. This can be seen from the burial mounds found on the estate. It is not entirely clear where the name ‘Quadenoord’ comes from, but our favourite story is that the name comes from an ancient tribe that was hostile to the Romans.
Versatile estate tucked away in nature
The 230-hectare estate is tucked away at the head of the Renkums Beekdal, on the Veluwe Zoom. Sprengenbeken flow through a rough and varied landscape with woods, grassland, organic fields and beautiful views. A versatile estate with a wide variety of plants and animals. Walkers, cyclists and horse riders love to wander through this lovely nature reserve.
Pure nature
The Renkums Beekdal is a unique and extremely important Natura 2000 area. With an area of 912 square kilometres, nature reigns supreme here. There is an extensive network of hiking and cycling trails in the immediate vicinity of the estate. Various cycling– and walkingtours are located nearby or walk across the estate. It is also an ideal area for horse riding. But above all, you will find enough peace and quiet to relax.
